We are seeking a target-driven and client-focused real estate professional to lead sales and customer relationship management for our residential and commercial projects. This role involves end-to-end customer engagement—from lead generation and conversion to after-sales support—ensuring a seamless client journey and achieving business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities
• Generate and convert leads through presentations, site visits, and effective negotiation to meet sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales lifecycle: booking, payments, documentation, possession, and after-sales service.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of projects, market trends, and competitor offerings.
• Manage CRM to track leads, update customer information, and monitor sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with internal teams (legal, finance, marketing, operations) to ensure smooth client onboarding and timely delivery.
• Prepare sales reports, analyze performance metrics, and provide feedback for improving lead quality and customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer queries and escalations promptly and professionally.

Skill Requirement

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 2–8 years of experience in real estate sales, CRM, or client relationship management.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to manage end-to-end client lifecycle and handle escalations professionally.
• Fluency in English (required).
• Customer-centric approach with problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
