Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Sales & Outreach Executive to join Zealver Living, a senior care services provider. This is a field-intensive role based in Mumbai, requiring extensive daily travel and availability for Sunday work, with a compensatory weekday off. You will be the face of our brand, engaging directly with the elderly community, healthcare professionals, and partners to build relationships and drive service adoption.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Conducting tele-calling to generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and schedule in-person visits.
• Visiting elderly clients in their homes to explain services, assess needs, and guide them through the onboarding process.
• Meeting with doctors, hospitals, and healthcare experts to build referral partnerships and increase community engagement.
• Representing Zealver Living at community outreach programs and local events.
• Maintaining accurate daily logs of all activities, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Coordinating closely with the operations team to ensure smooth client assessments and move-ins.

The ideal candidate is a people-oriented professional with high empathy, excellent communication skills, and the resilience to manage extensive fieldwork. You should be comfortable building trust with elderly clients and medical professionals alike, and be committed to working a non-traditional weekly schedule to serve our community best.
We require the following qualifications and skills:
• 3-5 years of experience in field sales, healthcare outreach, client relations, or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• High degree of empathy, patience, and comfort in interacting with elderly clients.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Mumbai for 2-3 field visits daily.
• Comfort working on Sundays for client and doctor meetings, with a compensatory weekday off.
• Basic knowledge of the healthcare or senior care sector is a strong advantage.
• Female candidates are preferred for this role.
