Your primary role will be to warmly greet guests, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring every customer enjoys a positive and memorable experience. You will be a key part of creating a welcoming atmosphere in our fast-paced establishment.
• Role: Front-of-house staff responsible for greeting and serving customers in English.
• Key Responsibilities: Provide friendly, efficient service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Work Environment: Operate in a lively, fast-paced setting where excellent customer interaction is essential.
• Job Type: Available as either full-time or part-time.
• Compensation: Earn a monthly salary between ₹16,000 and ₹20,000, inclusive of benefits.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate will have some experience in hospitality and must be fluent in English to interact effectively with our guests. We value a positive attitude, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work seamlessly under pressure as part of a team.
• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in the food service or hospitality industry is required.
• Language: Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is mandatory.
• Location: Must be able to work in person in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
• Attributes: Must possess a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.
