Job Description
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Client Servicing Manager to join our team at our Andheri West office. In this role, you will be the primary owner of client relationships, responsible for leading communication, campaign execution, and strategic planning. You will act as the crucial link between our clients and our internal creative, digital, and media teams to deliver high-impact social media campaigns, with a particular preference for experience in B2B or technology sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and nurture client relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment on objectives.
• Lead the development of brand and campaign strategy using client insights and market knowledge.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, digital, and media teams to execute campaigns.
• Translate client briefs into actionable plans and manage projects from conception to delivery.
• Confidently present strategic ideas, progress reports, and performance results to stakeholders.
• Monitor industry and market trends to provide proactive, strategic recommendations to clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 3–5 years of experience in client servicing or account management within a creative/digital agency.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to contribute to long-term brand growth.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in the B2B, technology, or financial services sectors.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to multitask and manage projects in a collaborative, fast-paced setting.
• Must be able to reliably commute or relocate to Andheri West, Mumbai.
