The ideal candidate will have a proven background working for or with builders and developers, understanding the end-to-end lifecycle of creating residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects. In this role, you will be responsible for:
• Applying your knowledge of builder and developer operations to guide project strategy and feasibility.
• Analyzing real estate markets, construction cycles, and regulatory environments specific to development.
• Managing stakeholder relationships, including contractors, vendors, and approval authorities.
• Overseeing aspects of project planning, from land acquisition and design to marketing and sales.

The successful candidate must possess core experience within a builder/developer organization, with a deep understanding of ground-up construction, project financing, and market delivery.
