Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Food & Guest Experience Coordinator to manage and elevate our villa guests’ dining experience. This full-time role requires in-person work from Monday to Saturday, where you will be the key link between guests and our ground operations team. You will oversee all food-related services, ensuring high standards of quality, satisfaction, and profitability.
Your core responsibilities will include the end-to-end management of food service operations and guest communication. Key duties are:
• Pitching and finalizing food packages with villa guests, ensuring alignment with their preferences.
• Coordinating between guests and the ground team to ensure smooth delivery and presentation.
• Overseeing menu planning, food preparation, and presentation to maintain villa standards.
• Managing inventory, cost control, and budget to maximize profitability.
• Handling guest escalations and resolving any food-related issues promptly.
• Allocating chefs and resources as required based on guest needs and occupancy.

We require the following qualifications and skills:
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in hospitality, food service coordination, or guest relations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for guest interactions and team coordination.
• Strong problem-solving ability to handle escalations and operational issues.
• Basic understanding of inventory management, cost control, and budgeting.
• Proficiency in managing digital platforms (e.g., Airbnb, review collection tools).
• Ability to work six days a week and conduct structured follow-ups with guests.
