Wellness Vibe is a holistic wellness organization dedicated to supporting emotional, mental, and overall well-being through programs rooted in ancient yogic wisdom and modern facilitation. We are seeking a proactive Webinar Sales Executive to join our Borivali, Mumbai team. This in-person, full-time role requires hosting live webinars, managing client relationships, and driving sales conversions through engaging presentation and follow-up. You will guide participants through wellness journeys, ensuring exceptional experience and achieving conversion targets.
Your core responsibilities will cover client success, webinar execution, and sales:
• Hosting and managing live webinars, engaging participants via chat, polls, and Q&A.
• Building and nurturing client relationships from onboarding through their journey.
• Presenting program offers and benefits clearly, delivering strong call-to-action segments.
• Following up with leads post-webinar to convert interest into enrollments.
• Collaborating with internal teams on webinar setup, tech, and performance tracking.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a confident, empathetic communicator with a persuasive sales approach and comfort in hosting live sessions. You should thrive in a performance-driven environment, possess strong organizational skills, and be passionate about wellness.
Must-have qualifications:
• 1–2 years in client success, inside sales, counseling, or webinar sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence hosting live sessions on camera and managing audience interaction.
• Ability to work rotational shifts between 8 am and 11 pm, including weekends.
• Currently residing in Mumbai; role is in-person in Borivali (no WFH).
Preferred experience:
• Background in wellness, coaching, education, or training industries.
• Familiarity with Zoom/Google Meet, CRM systems, and Google Suite.
• Experience in persuasive selling, objection handling, and achieving targets.
