Signature Career Academy is a professional coaching institute seeking a dynamic Admission cum Academic Counselor to lead student enrollment and academic advisory functions in Pune. This on-site, full-time role requires a confident, student-centric professional who can drive admissions through personalized counseling while ensuring academic success and retention. You will serve as the primary advisor, converting inquiries into enrollments, guiding students on course and batch selection, and building lasting relationships with students and parents to meet institutional growth targets.
Your responsibilities span across admissions, sales, and academic coordination. Key duties include:
• Handling leads from digital ads, walk-ins, calls, and social media, delivering personalized course consultations and fee guidance.
• Achieving monthly admission targets through effective counseling, follow-ups, and conversion strategies.
• Managing the entire admission process including fee collection, documentation, and student onboarding.
• Recommending appropriate batches, study plans, and monitoring student attendance, performance, and satisfaction.
• Conducting orientation sessions, progress reviews, and coordinating communication between faculty, students, and parents.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator with a strong balance of sales acumen and academic advisory skills. You should be goal-oriented, disciplined in using CRM tools, and passionate about guiding students toward their educational goals.
Must-have qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education, Psychology, or Management preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in admissions counseling, sales, or academic advising, preferably in the coaching/education sector.
• Proven expertise in lead conversion, meeting sales targets, and using CRM/Excel for reporting.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work 6 days a week with flexible hours as per coaching institute schedules.
Preferred attributes:
• Experience in K–12 education or test preparation coaching.
• Understanding of CBSE/ICSE/State Board curricula and academic planning.
• Student-centric approach with strong mentoring and coordination capabilities
