Job Description
We are hiring an Associate – Food & Beverage Service to support daily restaurant and service operations at our resorts in Mulshi and Karjat. This full-time, on-ground role is centered on delivering prompt, courteous, and efficient food and beverage service while maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction. You will be an integral part of our hospitality team, helping to create memorable dining experiences in a scenic resort setting away from the main city.
Your responsibilities will cover a range of front-line service and operational support tasks. Key duties include:
• Providing attentive and professional food and beverage service to resort guests.
• Assisting in the setup of restaurant, banquet, and service areas according to resort standards.
• Taking accurate orders and ensuring timely delivery of food and drinks.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in service areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Coordinating with kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service flow.
• Guiding and supporting junior staff and freshers as needed.
• Adhering strictly to hygiene, safety, and service standard operating procedures.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a team player with a positive attitude, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic resort environment. Freshers with a passion for hospitality are encouraged to apply, along with those having prior F&B experience.
Must-have qualifications:
• Minimum High School diploma; a Diploma in Hotel Management or related field is preferred.
• Good communication skills in English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
• Basic understanding of F&B service techniques and customer service principles.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and perform under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to relocate and live on property in Mulshi/Karjat, with food and accommodation provided.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred experience:
• 1 year of experience in food & beverage service, restaurant operations, or hospitality (freshers may apply).
• Background in resort or hotel F&B operations is advantageous.
