Fight The Sunrise (FTS) is dedicated to crafting personalized, science-based fitness journeys that integrate seamlessly into clients’ lifestyles. We are seeking a motivated Digital Sales Executive to join our Mumbai team. In this hybrid role, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective clients, engaging with leads, conducting personalized consultations, and converting inquiries into committed clients through empathetic and effective communication.
Your key responsibilities will focus on client engagement, consultative selling, and relationship management. This includes:
• Promptly responding to incoming inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and email to provide detailed program information.
• Conducting personalized consultations to assess client fitness goals and recommend suitable FTS programs.
• Building strong, trusting relationships with prospects and guiding them through the decision-making process.
• Using CRM tools to track interactions, manage the sales pipeline, and meet weekly/monthly conversion targets.
• Relaying client feedback to marketing and program teams to help enhance offerings and client satisfaction.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a passionate, empathetic communicator with a genuine interest in health and wellness, strong sales acumen, and the ability to connect with individuals on a personal level. You should be self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable using digital tools to manage client relationships.
Must-have qualifications:
• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer relationship roles, preferably in fitness, wellness, or lifestyle sectors.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Empathetic and understanding approach to client needs and fitness concerns.
• Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and ability to achieve sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
