Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Operations & Customer Service Coordinator to be the vital link between our company, vendors, and clients at Sprinng, a new-age food startup. This full-time role is key to ensuring smooth operations by expertly managing external relationships and timelines. You will own the coordination process with all vendors, retailers, and direct customers to guarantee perfect service delivery. Additionally, you will actively manage the order-to-cash cycle by following up with clients for orders and payments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all vendors, retailers, and direct customers.
• Coordinate all logistics and communications to ensure on-time, high-quality service.
• Proactively follow up with retail and institutional clients for new orders and payment collections.
• Ensure Sprinng’s day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with all external partners.
