Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Game Zone Executive to be the face of our gaming entertainment experience. In this role, you will manage the daily operations of the zone, ensuring that every visitor enjoys a seamless, fun, and safe environment. You will be responsible for directly assisting customers, operating equipment, managing sales, and upholding our high standards of safety and service, making you essential to our team’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate, monitor, and conduct basic troubleshooting for arcade and gaming machines.
• Assist customers with game rules, controls, and resolve any technical issues promptly.
• Handle customer inquiries, manage bookings, and process ticket/token sales via POS or digital systems.
• Ensure the proper functioning, cleanliness, and safety of all gaming equipment and the zone.
• Monitor player safety, enforce zone rules, and manage crowd flow during peak hours and events.
• Perform daily opening and closing operational procedures.
• Report technical faults to maintenance teams and manage inventory for accessories and consumables.
• Support the execution of promotional activities and special events to enhance guest engagement.
