Centro Hotels, the flagship brand of SARC Hospitality, offers a modern and sustainable hospitality experience in the heart of Pune. We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping operations, ensuring that our guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation. Your leadership will be key in motivating the team, ensuring operational efficiency, and contributing to an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervision & Team Management: Oversee daily operations, assign tasks, inspect completed work, and ensure strict adherence to cleaning protocols. Conduct routine inspections of all areas to maintain quality standards and coach the team for continuous improvement.
Guest Service & Room Readiness: Ensure all guest rooms are serviced and prepared to quality standards, promptly address guest requests, and maintain the pristine condition of all public spaces. Handle any guest concerns related to cleanliness professionally.
Inventory & Supplies Management: Monitor and manage housekeeping supplies, linens, and equipment. Assist in inventory control, ordering, and record-keeping to ensure adequate stock and minimal waste.
Training & Development: Assist in training new hires and conducting refresher sessions for existing staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and hotel standards to foster a culture of excellence.
Health, Safety & Reporting: Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations. Report maintenance issues promptly and maintain clear records and communication with the Housekeeping Manager and other departments.

Required Experience & Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Proven experience (minimum 1 year in a hotel) as a Housekeeping Supervisor, Senior Housekeeper, or in a similar supervisory role within hospitality.
Strong leadership and team motivation skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and maintain high standards.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with housekeeping procedures, safety standards, and inventory management.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
