Job Description
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Carpet Designer to join our creative team. Your primary responsibility will be to create captivating carpet designs using specialized software, directly translating client visions into tangible patterns. You will be instrumental in ensuring all design projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standard, meeting both client expectations and production requirements. This full-time, in-person role is ideal for a creative individual passionate about textile and floor covering design.
Core Duty: Create and develop carpet designs using NedGraphics Texcelle, AutoTex, or Adobe Photoshop.
Client Collaboration: Understand client design requirements and produce concepts that accurately reflect their vision and expectations.
Project Management: Ensure all design requests and revisions are handled promptly and efficiently throughout the workflow.
Work Model: This is a full-time, on-site position requiring in-person collaboration.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in digital design for textiles, with a keen eye for pattern, color, and detail. You must be able to interpret briefs accurately and work effectively to deliver satisfying results. Basics / Must Have:
• Proficiency in creating carpet designs on NedGraphics Texcelle/AutoTex or Photoshop.
• Ability to interpret client needs and deliver designs in sync with their expectations.
• Skill in managing and prioritizing design requirements efficiently.
Nice to Have:
• Fluency in both spoken and written English communication.
• Prior professional experience specifically in carpet design.
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 1 year of experience in a design role and 1 year of total work experience are preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Pay Range: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
• Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement and paid sick time.
