Arabian Urban Real Estate is a fast-growing property consultancy specializing in premium residential and commercial properties in Dubai and the UAE. We are expanding our dynamic team in India and establishing a vibrant office in Viman Nagar, Pune. Join us to be part of the exciting international real estate market.
We are looking for a motivated Female Sales Executive to join our Pune office. In this role, you will focus on converting pre-qualified leads into successful sales for Dubai-based real estate projects. You will be the direct link between our clients and their dream property, guiding them through the entire process with expertise and professionalism.
Core Responsibility : Convert pre-qualified leads into confirmed sales for premium Dubai real estate properties.
Client Engagement : Interact with potential buyers via calls, WhatsApp, video meetings, and in-person consultations to build trust and understand their needs.
Sales Process : Provide detailed project information, arrange virtual or physical site visits, and expertly guide clients to a successful deal closure.
Work Model : This is a full-time, on-site position at our office in Nyati Empress, Viman Nagar, Pune. Working hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Sunday, with one rotating weekly day off.
Skill Requirement
We are seeking a confident and persuasive communicator with a passion for sales and client relationship building. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a target-driven environment and is eager to build a long-term career in international real estate.
