We are seeking a passionate Corporate Sales Executive to drive B2B sales and build lasting relationships with corporate and institutional clients. This role is for someone who thrives on in-person interactions, frequent travel, and the challenge of converting prospects into long-term partners. You will be the face of Unitribes™ in the field, representing our brand with energy and professionalism.
Primary Objective: Drive B2B sales by securing new clients and nurturing existing accounts for uniform, workwear, and gear requirements.
Client Engagement: Conduct in-person meetings with procurement heads, HR, admin teams, and founders to understand needs and present solutions.
Sales Cycle Management: Convert meetings into pilot projects and pilots into repeat, long-term orders.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the inside sales/backend team who will support you with lead generation and meeting setups.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a high-energy, persistent sales professional who genuinely enjoys networking, cold outreach, and building relationships. You must be disciplined, hungry for growth, and able to represent the brand with ownership and trust.
Must-Have Experience & Skills:
• 2-5 years of proven experience in corporate/B2B sales.
• Enjoys and is skilled at cold outreach, consistent follow-ups, and in-person meetings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong relationship-building abilities.
• High levels of energy, discipline, persistence, and a results-driven mindset.
Role Requirements:
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently for client meetings.
• Ability to act as a trusted point of contact and manage assigned accounts.
• Graduate degree with a proven track record in driving sales.
