Job Description
This full-time role is for a dynamic Customer Engagement and Lead Management Specialist. You will act as the first point of contact, handling all customer inquiries and proactively generating interest through outbound efforts. Your primary goal is to nurture leads, qualify prospects, and seamlessly coordinate with the sales team to drive business opportunities. This is an on-site position critical to the sales pipeline’s success.
Lead Handling: Manage all incoming inquiries across multiple channels—calls, emails, website, portals, and walk-ins—with professionalism and promptness.
Proactive Outreach: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from marketing campaigns to generate and qualify leads.
Sales Support: Understand customer needs, provide accurate project/product information, and schedule site visits or meetings for the sales team.
Data Management: Diligently maintain and update all lead information in the designated CRM system or Excel sheets.
