Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive / Sale Executive to drive business growth and expand market presence. This is a full-time role where you will play a key part in identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

As a brand ambassador, you will be responsible for developing customer acquisition strategies and fostering long-term partnerships that contribute to sustainable business growth.


Primary Objective

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities
  • Drive revenue growth and market expansion

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Lead Generation

  • Generate leads through prospecting, networking, and outreach
  • Convert prospects into long-term clients

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Ensure client satisfaction and long-term engagement

Strategy & Collaboration

  • Develop and execute business development strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

Sales & Reporting

  • Present products/services and prepare proposals and presentations
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets (KPIs)
  • Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in the CRM system
