We are Nextgen Telesales And Network, and we are seeking motivated Telesales Executives to join our vibrant team in Kausa Mumbra, Thane. In this full-time role, you will be at the forefront of our customer engagement, responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional service directly over the phone. You will handle a dynamic mix of inbound and outbound calls, representing our brand and promoting our products or services to a diverse customer base.
Your core responsibilities will be to:
• Manage both inbound customer inquiries and proactive outbound sales calls.
• Actively promote and sell company products or services to potential and existing customers.
• Strive to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and key performance metrics.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing needs, answering questions, and resolving issues.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions, sales, and reports.
