We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Associate to join our team in Pune. In this role, you will be the vital link between our clients and their customers, handling a balanced mix of voice and non-voice inquiries with professionalism and precision to ensure outstanding service delivery.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Professionally handling incoming customer inquiries across phone, chat, and email channels.
Performing a balanced role of 50% voice-based and 50% non-voice (chat/email) tasks.
Thoroughly gathering customer information and researching remittance details and transaction statuses.
Reviewing and verifying customer documents against internal records for accuracy.
Collaborating closely with internal partners and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of submitted remittances.
Consistently meeting and exceeding individual and company performance targets.
Serving as a reliable, agile, and solution-oriented resource for all customer service needs.
