Job Description
We are seeking experienced and proficient Accounts Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in handling comprehensive accounting and taxation functions. This role requires hands-on expertise in TDS, GST, and direct taxation, supported by proficiency in relevant accounting and tax software. The position is best suited for individuals who have worked in a CA firm or a corporate accounting department and are looking to apply their specialized skills in a dynamic environment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Managing full-cycle accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and financial reporting.
Handling end-to-end taxation matters, including TDS deductions, deposits, and return filings.
Preparing and filing GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns) and ensuring compliance.
Assisting in the preparation and filing of income tax returns for individuals and businesses.
Reconciling bank statements, vendor accounts, and other financial records.
Using accounting and taxation software effectively to streamline processes.
Supporting statutory audits and internal financial reviews as required.
Ensuring adherence to accounting standards and regulatory compliance.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, well-versed in Indian tax laws, and possesses strong analytical and software skills. We are specifically interested in professionals who have gained substantial experience in a CA firm or industry role and are now seeking a dedicated accounting position.
The required qualifications are:
A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field (Preferred).
Minimum of 2 years of total work experience, with at least 1 year focused on taxation.
3–4 years of experience working in a CA firm or an industry role with exposure to TDS, GST, and taxation.
Practical working knowledge of TDS, GST, income tax, and related compliance.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books) and tax filing portals.
Good command of English for communication and documentation.
Candidates who have left the CA course or are not pursuing CA are preferred. Current CA students need not apply
