We are actively seeking a motivated Marketing & Sales Manager for our premium furniture showroom, specializing in products like plywood, doors, laminates, veneers, and decorative panels. This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity ideal for a fresher eager to build a career in the building materials and interior solutions sector.
In this hybrid role, you will be based in Pune with flexible remote options. Your core responsibility will be to drive brand visibility and sales growth through a mix of on-ground showroom engagement and digital outreach.
• Develop and execute marketing & sales strategies for our product portfolio.
• Engage with customers in the showroom and through digital channels to understand needs and provide solutions.
• Manage and enhance the company’s social media presence and local marketing initiatives.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to market expansion efforts.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a dynamic communicator with a passion for sales and a keen interest in the interior design and construction materials industry. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for this role.
