Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service & Sales Executive. In this dual-role position, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support while actively identifying opportunities to promote and sell our products and services. Your primary goal is to ensure customer satisfaction while directly contributing to the company’s sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Support: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Accurately resolve issues, complaints, or concerns, escalating complex cases to senior management when necessary.
Sales & Revenue Generation: Actively promote, upsell, and cross-sell products and services during customer interactions by understanding their needs and preferences.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for both revenue and number of units sold.
Reporting & Feedback: Track, maintain, and report on personal sales performance metrics and customer feedback to help improve service and sales strategies.
Skill Requirement
We are looking for a proactive communicator with a sales-oriented mindset and a genuine passion for helping customers. The ideal candidate is multilingual, resilient, and driven to achieve targets while maintaining high standards of customer care.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Communication Skills: Excellent command of English, Hindi, and Marathi, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Sales Aptitude: Proven ability to identify sales opportunities, persuade customers, and achieve measurable sales targets in a service environment.
Customer-Centric Approach: Patience, empathy, and strong problem-solving skills to handle customer queries and complaints effectively.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using communication platforms (phone, email, chat) and basic reporting tools.
Attributes: Self-motivated, result-driven, team-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
