Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and responsible Store Keeper to join our team at Shaktiequipments.com, a company specializing in renting heavy equipment like telescopic cranes, boom lifts, scissor lifts, and telehandlers. This critical role ensures the smooth management of all incoming, stored, and outgoing materials. Your core duty is to maintain impeccable inventory control, accurate records, and a safe, organized storage environment.
You will be responsible for the entire material flow, from verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders to issuing items for operations while following FIFO/FEFO principles. This position requires close coordination with the purchase, production, and accounts departments to support seamless business activities and uphold stringent audit compliance.
Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming materials against purchase orders and invoices.
Maintain precise stock records using ERP software or manual registers and issue materials per authorized requisitions.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of all inventory, monitoring levels to prevent shortages.
Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and physical verification to ensure record accuracy.
Identify and report damaged, expired, or slow-moving inventory promptly.

Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure zero discrepancies.
