We are seeking a smart, proactive, and analytical marketer to join our team as a Growth Marketing Manager. You will be responsible for scaling our online visibility, driving qualified traffic, and optimizing conversions across traditional search engines, AI-powered platforms, and paid media channels. Key Responsibilities
SEO & AI Search Optimization
Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, traffic, and conversions.
Optimize content for AI-powered search platforms like Google SGE, Perplexity, Gemini, and conversational AI.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, SERP analysis, and search trend forecasting.
Improve on-page SEO: metadata, headings, internal linking, schema markup, and image optimization.
Implement technical SEO best practices: site speed, crawlability, indexation, and Core Web Vitals.
Build AI-ready content frameworks using structured data, semantic SEO, and intent-based optimization.
Collaborate with content teams to create search-friendly, high-performing content.
Track and report performance using tools like GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
Stay updated with algorithm changes, AI search trends, and industry best practices.
Performance Marketing (Paid Growth)
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Monitor and optimize key metrics: ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPM, and conversions.
Analyze campaign performance and user behavior using GA4 and ad platform dashboards.
Assist with landing page, funnel, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all paid and organic digital touchpoints.
Run A/B tests on ads, creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve performance.
Stay updated with paid media platform updates and digital marketing trends.
Skill Requirement
0–4 years of hands-on experience or strong practical exposure to SEO and/or Performance Marketing.
Solid understanding of search engine fundamentals, paid ad funnels, and digital analytics.
Familiarity with SEO tools: Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog.
Experience or exposure to Google Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager.
Working knowledge of schema markup / structured data (JSON-LD) is a plus.
Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and performance reports.
Fast learner with a strong problem-solving and experimentation mindset.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Good to Have
Exposure to AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini.
Basic understanding of branding campaigns and marketing automation tools.
Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms.
Content writing or optimization experience.
