Godamwale Trading & Logistics Pvt. Ltd. is a dynamic Third-Party Logistics (3PL) provider, managing comprehensive warehousing and logistics for over 300 clients. We are seeking enthusiastic Sales Interns to join our team. This is a full-time, 3-month internship designed to provide hands-on experience in the pre-sales process, offering a foundational step into a sales career.

In this role, you will support the sales team by generating and qualifying leads. Your key responsibilities will include conducting market research to identify potential customers across various industries. You will generate leads through multiple channels, including online research, social media, and on-site visits. A core part of the role involves making outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our services, gather information, and qualify their needs. You will also be responsible for scheduling appointments and meetings for the field sales team with qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target customers.
• Generate leads through on-site visits, online research, social media, and databases.
• Qualify and categorize leads based on predefined criteria.
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce services and gather information.
• Schedule appointments and meetings for the field sales team with qualified leads.

Skill Requirement

We are looking for proactive individuals eager to learn and contribute to our sales efforts. The ideal candidate is currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as you will be directly interacting with potential clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Comfort and proficiency in making outbound voice calls to engage prospects.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Must own a laptop and possess a bike with a valid license for mobility.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Basic understanding of sales principles and CRM tools.
