We are currently expanding our team and seeking a skilled and dedicated Plant Operator to join our operations at our Ambernath location. This role is critical to our production processes, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the hands-on operation and monitoring of plant equipment, contributing directly to our quality and productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate, monitor, and control plant machinery and equipment as per standard procedures.
• Conduct routine inspections and perform basic maintenance checks to ensure equipment functionality.
• Maintain accurate logs and records of production data, parameters, and incidents.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols, environmental norms, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Assist in troubleshooting operational issues and coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs.
• Ensure the quality of output by monitoring processes and making necessary adjustments.
• Participate in shift operations and contribute to achieving daily production targets.
Skill Requirement
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented individual with practical experience in plant operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively as part of a team in a shift-based environment.
Required Qualifications:
• Educational Qualification: ITI in AOCP (Attendant Operator Chemical Plant) is mandatory.
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience as a Plant Operator in a chemical or relevant manufacturing industry.
• Location: The role is based at our plant in Ambernath.
• Salary: The offered compensation ranges from ₹2.5 to ₹3 Lakhs per annum.
• Strong understanding of plant safety procedures and hazard controls.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, gauges, and instruments.
• Good communication skills and the ability to report clearly.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
