Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. This is a full-time, permanent leadership role where you will be responsible for ensuring smooth service, efficient inventory management, cost control, and a positive environment for both staff and customers. You will play a key role in maintaining quality standards, optimizing food costs, and delivering an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Conduct daily inventory checks, manage stock levels, and place orders to maintain supplies.
• Implement strategies to reduce food costs and minimize waste without compromising quality.
• Lead, schedule, and manage the front-of-house servers and kitchen staff appropriately.
• Handle customer interactions, feedback, and concerns with empathy, humility, and professionalism.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong organizational and interpersonal skills, capable of balancing operational efficiency with a customer-focused approach.
Required Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of total work experience in restaurant operations or a supervisory role in the hospitality industry is required.
• Leadership: Ability to manage, motivate, and coordinate both service and kitchen teams.
• Financial Acumen: Understanding of inventory control, cost management, and basic restaurant profitability metrics.
• Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal skills with a genuine, empathetic approach to guest relations.
• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.

• Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
