Shift: Rotational shift (24*7 operations) with one rotational weekly off
Manage IT is hiring a proactive and customer-focused Junior IT Support Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual looking to build a career in IT support. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing technical assistance via email and phone, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a smooth and positive user experience. This position offers hands-on experience in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide first-level IT support to customers via email and phone, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Attend service calls and coordinate with customers to diagnose, inspect, and investigate problems on a case-by-case basis until resolution.
• Collect and collate customer feedback to help improve overall user experience and service delivery.
• Perform new hardware/software installations either physically or by coordinating with vendors.
• Follow established guidelines and instructions provided by senior team members.
• Demonstrate strong situation-handling ability and maintain a collaborative team spirit.
Skill Requirement
We are looking for a candidate with strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the willingness to work in a rotational shift environment. The role requires patience, technical aptitude, and a customer-first attitude.
Required Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of similar IT support experience (freshers may also apply).
• Communication: Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Age Limit: Up to 35 years.
• Technical Skills: Basic understanding of IT support processes, troubleshooting, and customer service principles.
• Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts and weekends.
• Gender Preference: Male candidates only (as per the job post).
• Work Location: In-person at our Dombivli West office.
Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
