POWERCON ELECTRONICS is a dynamic company specializing in Industrial Automation, Instrumentation, and Control Panel Manufacturing. Based in Thane/Bhiwandi, we design, produce, and service advanced electrical and electronic solutions for industrial applications. We are looking for motivated and technically sound Electrical Engineers to join our team and contribute across design, production, and service functions.
This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced industrial environment. You will work on real-world projects involving control systems, automation panels, and instrumentation—gaining valuable exposure to the entire product lifecycle from concept to service support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the design and development of electrical control panels and automation systems.
• Support production activities including assembly, wiring, testing, and quality checks of panels and equipment.
• Participate in installation, commissioning, and on-site service of automation and instrumentation systems.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure projects meet design specifications and timelines.
• Troubleshoot electrical and electronic issues during production, testing, and field service.
Skill Requirement
We are looking for candidates with a strong foundation in electrical/electronics engineering and a willingness to learn and grow in the industrial automation sector. Practical aptitude and problem-solving skills are highly valued.
Required Qualifications:
• Education: BE/Diploma/ITI in Electrical Engineering or Electronics.
• Experience: Freshers are welcome; candidates with 1–3 years of experience in industrial automation, control panel manufacturing, or instrumentation will be preferred.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of electrical circuits, control systems, panel wiring, and instrumentation.
• Location: Role is based in Thane/Bhiwandi. Must be willing to work in person.
