We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Technical Support Engineer to provide expert-level technical support for our cybersecurity product suite, with a focus on Endpoint Security, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and Microsoft 365 environments. In this role, you will be responsible for deploying, troubleshooting, and optimizing security solutions in complex and air-gapped environments while acting as a key technical point of contact for vendors and clients. You will also drive efficiency through automation, knowledge base development, and seamless SIEM integrations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert-level technical support for Endpoint Security and DLP solutions.
• Design, implement, and support deployments in air-gapped and offline critical infrastructure environments.
• Integrate Endpoint Security platforms with client SIEM solutions for centralized monitoring and logging.
• Manage Microsoft 365 deployments and migrations, ensuring zero data loss and optimal performance.
• Build automations to streamline ticket management and reduce manual intervention.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for cybersecurity and IT solutions.
• Act as the primary technical liaison with global vendors to resolve escalated issues promptly.

Skill Requirement

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with endpoint security solutions, DLP, SIEM integrations, and Microsoft 365 administration, along with excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Required Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in technical support, preferably in cybersecurity or IT infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of Endpoint Security, DLP, and SIEM integration.
• Proven experience in Microsoft 365 deployment, migration, and administration.
• Experience with ticketing tools and basic networking concepts.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Preferred Experience:
• Experience in air-gapped or critical infrastructure deployments.
• Familiarity with automation and process optimization in support workflows.
• Prior exposure to cybersecurity product support (DLP, MDM, Endpoint Security).
