Salary: ₹10,084.37 – ₹20,000.00 per month
Digi1 Electronics is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented, and reliable Cashier to join our team at our electronics retail store. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with limited experience, as comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided. You will be responsible for managing customer transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate billing, and providing a smooth checkout experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end billing and payment processing at the cash counter.
• Accept various payment modes including cash, card, UPI, and other digital methods.
• Generate accurate bills, receipts, and invoices for customers.
• Assist customers politely and resolve queries at the billing counter.
• Maintain daily cash reconciliation, balance sheets, and transaction reports.
• Process refunds, exchanges, and returns as per store policy.
• Ensure the billing area is clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
• Adhere to company policies, security procedures, and cash-handling protocols.
Skill Requirement
We are looking for an individual with basic numerical skills, a customer-friendly attitude, and willingness to learn retail operations and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Required Qualifications:
• Education: Minimum 10+2 / High School pass.
• Experience: Freshers are welcome; candidates with up to 2 years of cashier or retail experience may also apply.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn POS billing software.
• Soft Skills: Good communication skills and a polite, patient approach to customer service.
• Job Type: Full-time.
• Work Location: In person at our Kalyan store.
