About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled AutoCAD Draftsman specializing in interior fit-outs to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating detailed interior drawings for large-scale corporate office projects. This role requires precision, sound technical knowledge, and the ability to deliver time-bound outputs while adhering to design and functional requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Produce detailed interior drawings, including furniture layouts, working drawings, MEP coordination drawings, and fit-out details.
Collaborate with interior designers and project teams to translate design concepts into accurate, constructable drawings.
Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards, project specifications, and client requirements.
Revise and update drawings based on site feedback and design changes.
Prepare material schedules and assist in BOQ preparation as needed.
Travel to project sites, including Borivali and other locations, for coordination and verification.

Job Title: AutoCAD Draftsman – Interiors
Location: Mumbai (Offline/On-site)
Experience Required: 5–8 years in interior fit-out industry
Industry: Architecture / Interior Designing
Mode of Work: Full-time, Permanent
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
Selection Process: 3 interview rounds + AutoCAD drafting test

Qualifications & Experience
We are looking for a dedicated draftsman with a solid educational background in interior design/drafting and significant hands-on experience in corporate interior fit-outs. Strong technical and communication skills are essential.
Required Skills & Experience
Educational Qualification: Interior Draftsman Course / Interior Designing from a reputed institute.
5–8 years of professional experience in the interior fit-out industry, specifically in large-scale corporate office projects.
Expertise in producing:
Furniture drawings
Working drawings / MEP coordination drawings
Detailed interior drawings
High proficiency in AutoCAD with a strong understanding of interior design principles.
Ability to work under deadlines and deliver time-bound outputs.
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (verbal and written).
Willingness to travel for work purposes, including to Borivali and other project sites.
Preferred Attributes
Experience with other design software (SketchUp, Revit) is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Updated resume and portfolio showcasing at least 2 recent corporate interior projects.
