We are looking for an organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our educational team. Based at our Girgaon Chowpatty office, you will be the central hub for managing class logistics, parent communication, and student progress tracking. This role is essential for ensuring a smooth and supportive learning experience for students and clear communication with their families.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Efficiently scheduling and rescheduling online classes, balancing student availability and instructor preferences.
• Coordinating and scheduling virtual parent-teacher meetings to facilitate clear communication and collaboration.
• Monitoring and tracking individual student progress, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of achievements and areas for improvement.
• Managing various operational tasks to ensure the seamless daily running of educational programs.

We require the following qualifications and skills:
• At least 1 year of total work experience, preferably in operations, coordination, or a similar role within the education sector.

• Strong, clear written and verbal communication skills with a warm, approachable personality.
• Proficiency in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), WhatsApp Business, and Excel.
• Ability to work effectively under limited supervision and manage multiple deadlines.
• Comfort and familiarity working extensively on laptops and managing digital systems.
