Job Description

As an Academic Counsellor at the Boston Institute of Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in driving admissions for our premier finance certification courses. Your core mission is to guide prospective students from initial inquiry to confirmed enrollment, primarily for our CFA program while also promoting related courses like FRM, US CPA, and CMA. You will employ a consultative sales approach, serving as the trusted first point of contact to understand career goals and recommend suitable educational pathways.

Skill Requirement

• Call and qualify incoming leads from marketing campaigns, partnerships, and walk-ins to assess fit and potential.
• Conduct personalized counseling sessions via phone, video, and in-person meetings to explain program details, career benefits, and address concerns.
• Guide prospects through the entire enrollment process, from initial inquiry to payment and onboarding, using persuasive communication.
• Manage and nurture lead relationships with structured follow-ups via phone, email, and WhatsApp to ensure conversion.
• Accurately update and manage all prospect interactions within the CRM system, tracking progress and next steps.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly enrollment and revenue targets through dedicated effort and strategic follow-up.

Skill & Experience Requirements

We seek a target-oriented professional with a proven background in consultative sales within the education sector. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a demonstrated ability to convert leads into enrollments through persistent and relationship-driven counseling.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of direct sales experience, preferably selling finance certifications (CFA, FRM, CPA, CMA) or in EdTech/test preparation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is required.
• Proven track record in B2C sales with clear success in meeting admission and revenue targets.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills for effective counseling and objection handling.
• Strong organizational abilities with comfort using CRM software and maintaining structured sales processes.
• Self-motivated, persuasive, and adept at managing long-term lead relationships until closure.
