Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Professional proficient in Tally and advanced Excel. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure statutory compliance, and support financial reporting. This role requires accuracy, reliability, and a strong understanding of core accounting functions in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage complete accounting activities using Tally software.
• Handle GST calculations, filing, returns, and reconciliation.
• Process TDS calculations, deductions, and timely payments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-day books of accounts.
• Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss accounts.
• Perform bank reconciliations and manage accounts payable/receivable.
• Support audit processes and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Generate MIS reports and assist in budgeting and forecasting using advanced Excel.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth financial operations.

Qualifications & Experience
We are looking for a qualified accounting professional with hands-on experience in Tally, GST, TDS, and a strong foundation in accounting principles. The candidate should be proficient in Excel and able to work independently with high accuracy.
Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience in Tally Prime/ERP with hands-on accounting operations.
• Strong knowledge of GST filing, returns, and compliance.
• Experience in TDS calculation, deduction, and payment processes.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
• Ability to manage month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
• Certification in Tally or GST is a plus.
• Experience with other accounting software or ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with an eye for detail.
