Job Description
The Accounts and Admin Executive will oversee daily financial operations and administrative functions to ensure smooth business activities. This role involves managing accounting entries, coordinating with external parties, and maintaining organized records and communications for the company.
Key responsibilities include:
• Maintaining daily accounting transactions of the company.
• Ensuring timely receipts from buyers and timely payments to vendors.
• Calculating GST and TDS on transactions and filing returns such as TDS, GSTR-1, GSTR-2B, and GSTR-3.
• Maintaining updated ledgers for all business parties.
• Managing company documents, files, and emails efficiently.
• Coordinating regularly with the CA, suppliers, buyers, and other stakeholders.
Skill Requirement
Candidates should possess a strong background in accounting and administration, supported by relevant education and practical experience. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for managing financial and operational tasks effectively.
Requirements:
• B.COM or M.COM degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Exceptional academic qualifications may be considered in lieu of experience.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi for clear communication.
• Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Expertise in Tally.Prime for accounting operations.
• Thorough knowledge of TDS and GST calculations and filing procedures.
