Brego Business, a firm operating in the advisory sector, is seeking four dedicated Accounts Executives to join our finance team in Lower Parel, Mumbai. This full-time role is based in a professional office environment and offers a structured Monday to Friday schedule. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining our financial integrity and ensuring strict compliance.
Your core responsibilities will include:
• Managing day-to-day accounting operations using Tally software, including accurate journal and ledger entries.
• Handling end-to-end GST and TDS calculations, filings, and compliance, along with basic Income Tax-related tasks.
• Processing accounts payable and receivable, including invoices, payments, and employee expense reports.
• Performing regular bank reconciliations and diligently resolving any discrepancies.
• Assisting in month-end and year-end closing activities, including the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Ensuring all financial practices adhere to established accounting standards and statutory regulations.

Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting and has over 2 years of hands-on experience, preferably within a Chartered Accountant (CA) firm or advisory practice. A strong foundational knowledge of key financial compliance areas is essential.
Required skills and qualifications include:
• Technical Proficiency: High proficiency in Tally accounting software and Microsoft Excel (including formulas and pivot tables).
• Taxation Knowledge: Practical, hands-on experience in filing and managing GST and TDS. Knowledge of Income Tax procedures is required.
• Accounting Fundamentals: Solid understanding of accounting principles, journal entries, ledger management, and bank reconciliation processes.
• Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with proven ability in financial reporting and discrepancy resolution.
• Compliance: Understanding of and experience in ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax laws.
