Job Description

DC Engineering Products Pvt Ltd is seeking an organized and proactive Administration & Back Office Executive to support the smooth functioning of our Mumbai office located at Prasad Chambers, Charni Road. In this role, you will be the operational backbone, ensuring efficient coordination of administrative tasks, office management, and back-office support. You will handle a variety of responsibilities—from managing communication and records to maintaining office systems and supporting basic payroll functions—all critical to fostering a productive and well-organized workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming calls, take accurate messages, and manage professional email correspondence.
• Maintain and organize both digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of important documents.
• Order, track, and manage office supplies, and oversee general office cleanliness and maintenance.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office repairs, upkeep, and other administrative services.
• Accurately enter and update data in spreadsheets and databases, and generate routine reports for attendance, petty cash, and expenses.
• Provide basic payroll support and assist with documentation and record-keeping related to HR and finance.
• Ensure excellent follow-up on pending tasks and coordinate effectively across departments.

Skill Requirement

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented professional with strong multitasking and coordination skills. You should be proficient in office software, possess excellent follow-up abilities, and maintain a high level of accuracy in all tasks. A proactive approach and the ability to work independently in a structured environment are essential for success in this role.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in administration, back-office support, or office coordination.
• Technical Proficiency: Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and comfort with email communication.
• Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Organizational Skills: Strong ability to organize tasks, manage files, and maintain systematic records.
• Logistics: Must be a resident of Mumbai or able to reliably commute to our Charni Road office.
