We are seeking a dedicated Admission Counsellor to guide students and parents through the educational pathways for Foundation, NEET, and JEE coaching programs. This full-time, permanent role encompasses the entire student enrollment journey, from initial lead generation to final admission. You will be the primary point of contact, responsible for providing expert guidance, converting inquiries into enrollments, and managing post-admission administrative coordination to ensure a seamless experience for students and their families.
• Position: Full-time, Permanent Admission Counsellor.
• Core Responsibility: Guide students and parents on Foundation, NEET, and JEE coaching programs.
• Admission Cycle: Manage end-to-end admission processes from lead generation to final enrollment.
• Student Coordination: Handle post-admission duties including attendance updates and general administration.
• Key Objective: Convert inquiries into admissions through effective counselling and follow-up.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a graduate with excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi, and at least one year of relevant experience in counselling, sales, or business development. We are looking for a persuasive and empathetic professional who can build trust with students and parents, effectively explain program benefits, and manage the administrative details of the admission process with precision.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in Admission Counselling, Sales, or Business Development.
• Language: Fluency in both English and Hindi is required.
• Key Skills: Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills, ability to explain complex information clearly, and solid administrative coordination abilities.
