TEKNOMINDZ INSTITUTE OF ADVANCE TECHNOLOGY in Thane is seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This role is pivotal in driving the institute’s growth by managing the complete student admission cycle, from initial inquiry to enrolment. You will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and parents, providing expert guidance on our educational programs while achieving and exceeding monthly admission targets through dedicated counselling and sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end student admissions, including lead conversion, cold calling, and conducting counselling sessions.
• Provide detailed information about educational programs, guiding students and parents through the selection and admission process.
• Handle all aspects of fees management, including collection, follow-ups, and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Assist in batch management and coordination to ensure smooth operational flow.
• Plan, organise, and present at seminars and webinars to promote institute programs and generate leads.
• Utilise ERP/CRM systems to track leads, manage student data, and maintain effective communication logs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and internal teams to support enrolment goals.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator with a strong sales background in the education sector. You must be highly organised, target-driven, and possess a deep understanding of admissions processes and educational counselling. A technical educational background is preferred to effectively engage with our course offerings.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in admissions counselling, education sales, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Education, or Counselling. A Diploma in Engineering (Electronics/Computers) will also be considered.
• Strong background in education sales with a track record in lead conversion, cold calling, and meeting monthly targets.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills for effective student/parent counselling and seminar hosting.
• Experience in fees collection, batch management, follow-ups, and team handling.
• Proficiency in using ERP/CRM systems for managing admissions workflows.
• Outstanding organisational and time-management abilities.
