Rainbow Schools, Thane, is seeking an energetic and persuasive Admission Counsellor / Lead Calling Executive to join our team. In this immediate-start, full-time role, you will be the vital link between prospective parents and our institution, responsible for converting inquiries into campus visits. You will directly contribute to our growth by engaging with leads and showcasing the value of a Rainbow Schools education.
• Call and diligently follow up on admission leads generated via Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google.
• Speak with parents to understand their needs and clearly explain our curriculum, facilities, and admission process.
• Persuade and encourage parents to visit their nearest Rainbow School branch for a personalized campus tour.
• Coordinate effectively with school branches to schedule and confirm parent visits and walkthroughs.
• Maintain meticulous and accurate records of all calls, follow-ups, and visit statuses.
• Consistently achieve daily and monthly targets for calls made and visits converted.
• Ensure every interaction provides a professional, positive, and supportive experience for prospective families.
Skill Requirement
We are looking for a Female candidate with excellent communication and persuasion skills, a target-driven attitude, and the ability to connect with parents empathetically. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about contributing to the education sector.
• Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
• Strong command of spoken English; proficiency in Hindi or Marathi is a significant advantage.
• Comfortable engaging parents over calls and handling queries or objections professionally.
• Target-oriented mindset with resilience and a positive attitude.
• Ability to join the Thane location immediately.
• Prior experience in education counselling, admissions, tele-calling, or sales is preferred. Freshers with exceptional communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
