We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students and their families through their educational journey. In this full-time, in-person role, you will be the vital link between the institution and its future students, responsible for providing clear and comprehensive information on academic programs and admission processes. Your primary goal is to ensure a supportive and positive experience from initial inquiry through to successful enrolment, directly contributing to our institutional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Counsel prospective students and parents on academic programs, admission requirements, eligibility, and potential career pathways.
• Respond to and manage inquiries received via phone, email, social media, and in-person meetings.
• Guide applicants through application forms, required documentation, and all admission procedures.
• Conduct engaging campus tours, information sessions, and admission presentations.
• Proactively follow up with leads to nurture relationships and convert inquiries into enrolments.
• Maintain accurate student records and diligently update CRM/admission databases.
• Coordinate seamlessly with academic, finance, and administrative departments.
• Represent the institution at education fairs, school visits, and other marketing outreach events.
• Ensure all activities comply with institutional policies and admission regulations.
• Prepare regular admission reports and work towards achieving enrolment targets.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Completion of 12th grade or above; a relevant bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and counselling skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Professionalism in handling confidential information.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM or admission software.
• A goal-driven mindset with the capability to meet and exceed enrolment targets.
Preferred Skills:
• Proven experience in admissions, counselling, sales, or student services.
• Knowledge of academic programs and the broader education system.
• Multilingual abilities are a significant advantage.
