Dutta Academy of Modern Education, a professional coaching institute in Pune, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Admission & Academic Counselor cum Centre Manager. This pivotal, on-site role combines student counseling with strategic enrollment management. You will be the primary advisor responsible for converting inquiries into admissions through impactful consultation, providing personalized academic guidance, and ensuring student success. Your performance will directly influence enrollment targets, student satisfaction, and long-term retention, requiring a blend of sales acumen, mentoring skills, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage leads from multiple channels (walk-ins, calls, digital ads) and deliver personalized counseling for courses (NIOS, CBSE, ICSE, State Board).
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly admission targets by converting inquiries into enrollments.
• Guide students and parents in selecting the right academic batch, study plan, and test cycles.
• Handle the complete admission process: fee consultation, documentation, and onboarding.
• Monitor student progress, attendance, and feedback to ensure satisfaction and support retention.
• Coordinate between faculty, students, and parents for academic communication and progress reviews.
• Maintain accurate lead and conversion records in CRM/Excel and conduct admission events/tele-sales.
Skill Requirement
We are looking for a confident, student-centric professional with a proven track record in education sales and counseling. You must be a persuasive communicator, goal-oriented, and adept at balancing commercial targets with genuine academic advisory to foster long-term student relationships.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree; preferably in Education, Psychology, or Management.
• Experience: Minimum 3+ years in sales/counseling within the coaching/education sector.
• Sales & Communication: Strong sales expertise, persuasive communication, and goal-driven approach.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM, Excel, and reporting.
• Attributes: Highly organized, empathetic, and capable of managing both enrollment targets and student mentorship.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with academic boards (CBSE, ICSE, State, NIOS) and coaching operations.
