Job Description
Prospective Student Engagement:
• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Provide detailed information on academic programs, admissions procedures, deadlines, and requirements.
• Schedule and conduct engaging campus tours and admissions interviews.
• Represent the school at recruitment events, education fairs, and open houses locally and regionally.
Application Process Management:
• Guide and assist applicants and families through the completion of the application process.
• Review all submitted applications and documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date student records within the admissions database.
• Ensure timely follow-up with applicants to secure necessary documentation.
Admissions Communication & Collaboration:
• Maintain clear, consistent, and professional communication with families throughout the admissions journey.
• Prepare and send official notifications regarding acceptance, waitlist status, or non-acceptance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all admissions communications and materials are effective and aligned.
• Work closely with the Director of Admissions to refine recruitment strategies and enhance the overall admissions experience.
• Assist in organizing admissions events and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and application trends.
Skill Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
• Prior experience in admissions, student recruitment, customer service, or a related role is preferred.
• Excellent command of English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
