We are seeking a dedicated Alumni Relations Specialist to build and nurture lasting connections with our graduates. In this vital role, you will manage the full lifecycle of alumni engagement—from initial induction to long-term retention—ensuring our alumni remain an active and supportive part of our community. You will drive outreach, organize events, and foster a culture of participation that strengthens our network and supports the foundation’s mission.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct proactive phone outreach and manage communication to build strong, ongoing relationships with alumni.
• Organize and lead alumni induction sessions for graduating batches and participate in farewell events to ensure a seamless transition.
• Plan and execute engaging alumni-centric events and campaigns to maintain year-round involvement.
• Coordinate with external partners and internal teams to achieve alumni retention goals and document success stories.
• Support placement efforts by gathering employer feedback, aligning alumni for opportunities, and assisting with corporate networking events.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience in community engagement, alumni relations, or a similar role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
• Strong organizational and event planning abilities.
• Proficiency in data management, analysis, and reporting to inform strategy.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external part
