Profile: Analyst
We are seeking motivated individuals interested in deep-diving into construction project data—from tenders and approvals to site details—to become subject matter experts. This entry-level role is a launchpad for growth into leadership or key account management positions within 12-18 months, based on performance.
Location: In-person (Office location implied in Navi Mumbai/Thane region)
Job Type: Full-time
Experience: Freshers to 1 year experience
Preferred Locations: Candidates from Kalyan, Dombivali, Thane, and Navi Mumbai are strongly preferred.
Salary: From ₹16,000.00 per month
Key Responsibilities
As an Analyst, you will be at the core of our data intelligence engine, responsible for collecting, validating, and analyzing critical construction market data.
• Perform detailed primary and secondary research on construction projects, extracting data on tenders, building plans, approvals, and companies.
• Validate project information through telephonic interactions with professionals across the industry.
• Accurately enter and manage key project parameters in our system following standardized processes.
• Develop expertise to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in specific sectors like residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, or infrastructure.
• Support the client engagement team by resolving queries and ensuring data aligns with client-specific needs.

Skill Requirement
We are looking for fresh engineering graduates or professionals with up to one year of experience who are eager to build a career in market intelligence.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Joining: Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Communication: Must possess good communication skills and be comfortable conducting telephonic conversations for data validation.
• Attributes: High levels of confidence, willingness to learn, trust, integrity, and professionalism.
• Location: Residents of Kalyan, Dombivali, Thane, or Navi Mumbai are highly preferred for logistical convenience.
