Biltrax Construction Data is India’s premier market intelligence platform for the building construction industry. We empower sales, marketing, and business development teams with data-driven insights and analytics to make faster, informed decisions. Our platform tracks over 10,000 large building projects across 50+ metropolitan regions in India.
As an Analyst, you will play a key role in building and managing our proprietary market intelligence database. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver accurate and timely project information to our clients, supporting their growth in the construction sector.
• Work towards becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in various construction materials and project types.
• Accurately enter and collate project data into the company system as per standardized processes.
• Summarize information, ensure data quality, and meet specific project deadlines for dataset evaluation.
• Support the client solutions team by assisting with client account queries and problem resolution.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to understand project goals and provide primary research support.
• Participate in internal assignments and activities as required by business needs.
This is a full-time, permanent position based in-office at our Vashi, Navi Mumbai location. Job timings are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, with the 2nd and 4th Saturday off each month.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a recent graduate with excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a professional demeanor. Trust, integrity, and professionalism are fundamental to this role and our relationship with you.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree is required. Candidates from BBA, BMS, B.Com, or BA backgrounds are preferred.
• Communication: Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills and be comfortable conducting calls.
• Attributes: High confidence, a strong willingness to learn, and a commitment to professionalism.
• Location: Candidates from Navi Mumbai or Thane are preferred for easier commute.
• Availability: Immediate joiners are highly desirable.
• Technical: It is mandatory for the candidate to have a personal laptop for work.

• Pay: ₹16,000 – ₹18,000 per month
