Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Architect to join our team in Mumbai. In this role, you will be instrumental in guiding projects from concept to completion. Your primary responsibility will be to lead or provide substantial support across key project phases, including client presentations, detailed design development, and the creation of precise working drawings for execution. Success in this position requires excellent technical ability and seamless coordination with various stakeholders to ensure design integrity and project momentum.
Your core responsibilities will include:
• Leading or assisting in the creation of compelling design presentations and the development of detailed design packages.
• Producing accurate and comprehensive working drawings to guide on-site execution.
• Coordinating directly with clients, consultants, and internal teams to align project vision and technical requirements.
• Supporting the liaisoning team by preparing and organizing necessary submission drawings for statutory approvals.

You must possess a strong foundational knowledge of architectural practice, exceptional drafting skills, and a practical understanding of the project execution process. A proactive approach to problem-solving and clear communication are essential for coordinating effectively with all project parties.
Required qualifications and competencies include:
• Education & Experience: A Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) degree and a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in architectural practice.
• Technical Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD 2D/ZWCAD (5+ years experience is required), along with working knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Core Experience: Demonstrable hands-on experience in project execution and site coordination is mandatory.
• Preferred Knowledge: Familiarity with DCPR 2034 regulations and the preparation of submission drawings for approvals is a significant advantage.
• Bonus Skills: Knowledge of 3D visualization and BIM software such as SketchUp and Revit will be highly regarded.
