Job Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our dynamic team. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be instrumental in designing and planning the construction of diverse building projects. You will ensure all designs meet high standards of functionality, safety, and aesthetic appeal while strictly adhering to building codes and regulations. This role involves close collaboration with clients, engineers, contractors, and internal design teams from initial concept through to project completion.
Your core responsibilities will include:
• Researching, programming, planning, and designing building projects, applying comprehensive architectural knowledge.
• Producing conceptual plans, detailed renderings, and full construction document sets.
• Coordinating and integrating engineering elements into a unified design for client approval.
• Utilizing AutoCAD, Revit, and other computer-assisted design software to prepare precise project designs and plans.
• Assisting the Project Manager in supervising design activities across various project phases.
• Collaborating with multi-disciplinary design teams and assisting in material research for project specifications.

• Strong knowledge of architectural design, construction detailing, zoning codes, and building materials.
• Ability to produce high-quality conceptual designs, technical drawings, and construction documents.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative, multi-discipline team.
• A degree in Architecture and relevant practical experience are required.
